1. Overview

At Dloxarinflixeron, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns and process refunds for products purchased through our website dloxarinflixeron.ddd.

2. EU Consumer Rights - Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

2.2 Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

You may use the following model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory:

"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [product name], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Consumer name and address: [your details]. Date: [today's date]. Signature (if sent on paper)."

2.3 Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery). We will make the reimbursement within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence of having sent back the goods.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest.

3. Return Conditions

3.1 Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Products must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging
  • Products must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Products must be in their original packaging with all labels intact
  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

3.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Products with broken seals
  • Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer
  • Products returned after the 30-day return window

For consumers in Denmark/EU, the statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery.

4. Return Process

4.1 Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Wait for our confirmation and return authorization
  3. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product
  4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the product to the address provided in the return authorization

4.2 Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong product or a defective item), you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Please do not send returns without prior authorization. The return address will be provided in your return authorization email.

5. Refund Process

5.1 Inspection

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return conditions. We will notify you of the status of your refund within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

5.2 Approved Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5.3 Refund Amount

For approved returns, we will refund:

  • Original shipping costs (only if the return is due to our error)

Return shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Photos of the damaged or defective product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A description of the issue

For damaged or defective products, we will either:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
  • Provide a full refund including shipping costs

7. Wrong Product Received

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you and provide a prepaid shipping label for returning the incorrect item.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or payment method again
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times vary

10. Cancellations
